Really - Simple Health Practices

Air - Get fresh air,
Water - drink lots of water
Sunshine - get outdoors
Whole Foods - organic, non processed foods - whole grains, greens
Walking - Walk as often as possible
Non-Toxic Relationships - If you're in a toxic relationship change it or get out
Passion - focus on that which you have passion for in your life

If you look at your life, you might think that you already know about these things, yet how infrequently you practice them.

Really do it.
